Group bookings at The Glendeveor

We have had groups visiting our establishment for over 15 years now, so we consider ourselves some what experts in this area.  If you are thinking of coming to Cornwall with a group why not give us a call to see what it might cost.  Most who do are surprised and delighted at what great value we offer.

What Information we will be after when you call

You will need to provide us with the following information:-

• What dates would you like to come.
• How many people would you like to bring.
• What type of rooms would you need:-
  • Doubles
  • Twins
  • Singles
  • Family
  • etc
• Are there any special requirements.

Custom built package just for you.

We will use the information you provide to give your group the package you are after.   We know how important it is to get things right from the very start so we are alway on hand to answer any questions you have. The only thing we ask is that any group wanting to book 3 months or more in advance has a minimum of 40 paying guests and for this we will give you 1 free place, if you are able to get 45 paying guests we will give you 2 free places.   The driver will always stay free.

If your group is looking for late availability then please call us as we do sometimes have space.

Every holiday is based around a dinner, bed & breakfast package with evening entertainment the rest can be what you want.

Availability at The Glendeveor.

Alot of our guests come through tour operators and for this we have to plan around 12 - 18 months ahead but providing we have availability for the dates you are after we can take your booking right up to the day before you want to come.

It is not always possible to keep this site upto date for every last change that may happen so please call us just to check.

• 8th - 10th September 2012

2013

We are now in the process of sorting out and finalising our tours for 2013, if you are interested in bringing a group then please call us to discuss your requirements. As a rule we would normally run a tour pattern of Monday to Fridays and also Friday to Mondays. If you need anything different then please check with us as we still may be able to accommodate you.
